Director of HR
Judith brings 30 years of experience in Human Resources to her role at Edge Financial. She gained her love of and appreciation for the human resources field while working in the hospitality industry at a luxury hotel. Her first role in human resources was as an HR Generalist at a manufacturing and engineering firm that was headquartered in New Orleans but had employees worldwide. She has experience in a variety of industries including non-profit, grocery retail, and event staffing. Judith earned her Master of Business Administration at night while working in the hotel industry, and she then achieved her two certifications of SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resources, Certified Professional).
Judith is a true New Orleanian and when she is not at work, she loves spending time with her husband, son and daughter – especially doing things like playing tourist in their hometown, exploring places like the French Quarter and supporting local businesses. While she hasn’t traveled much lately, that is another favorite of hers. She rarely goes to the same place twice (except the beach!)
